The AI Assessment & Roadmap is a fixed-fee consulting engagement that gives your leadership team a clear basis for deciding where AI belongs. We start with your vision for the next 3-5 years. Then we examine the workflows, data, tools, and constraints that shape what is possible. Over about 8 weeks, we interview 5-8 stakeholders, analyze what we learn, and turn it into a written report and leadership presentation. The recommendations are software-agnostic. They may point to capabilities in tools you already own, off-the-shelf software, private infrastructure, or custom development.
